This is the first building we cast with the 'Green Stone' mix in 2003. Happy Feet was the first commercial/retail building in the country to receive the "Gold" Certification Award, built in accordance with the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) standard.
